Accommodation is provided for non-residents of the island. **Your daily routine will sound like this…** * Ensure achievement of departmental objectives and compliance with critical processes and operational standards set by the hotel. * Load and unload the dishwasher; dry and organize tableware, cutlery, and glassware. * Clean and prepare kitchen utensils and kitchenware, making them available to the Chef and Kitchen Assistant. * Clean the kitchen area, managing time efficiently and ensuring optimal final results. * Clean kitchen machinery, ensuring it is in perfect condition for the next service. * Perform cleaning of the office. * Place weekly cleaning supplies orders and report them to the Head Chef. * Prepare tableware for the organization’s various sales points to streamline the team’s workflow. * Comply with the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) for performing job functions. * Ensure proper use of materials and facilities, reporting any damage or breakage of kitchen utensils and notifying accordingly. * Carry out other duties within your competencies as requested by your direct supervisor. * Comply with organizational standards regarding quality, safety and health, environmental protection, and data protection. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Secondary education graduate (ESO).
