Main responsibilities will include transcription and drafting of notarial documents, as well as reviewing and correcting texts. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing simple copies of deeds, notarial certificates, and other notarial documents. In addition, authorized copies—both physical and electronic—will be produced in strict compliance with current regulations. The position also involves organizing and archiving documentation, entering data into official platforms, and serving the public. The working schedule will be full-time, totaling 25 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Friday during morning hours, between 09:00 and 14:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience performing the described duties is desirable. * We seek a proactive, solution-oriented, and efficient individual. * Residency near the workplace is desirable. GM/GS in Administration, Secretarial Studies or related fields.
