We are currently expanding our team and seeking to hire a Systems and Infrastructure Support Technician to join the support team for a highly regulated pharmaceutical industrial environment. The selected candidate will provide on-site support for critical production systems, laboratory equipment, and IT infrastructure, with an analytical, detail-oriented, and end-user-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: * Level 1 on-site technical support for incidents involving systems, equipment, and network devices at the pharmaceutical plant. * Incident, request, change, and escalation management, documentation, and closure, including escalation to higher support levels. * Review of computer equipment, audit trails, inventory, and configurations. * User management in laboratory systems. * Execution of patching, updates, and preventive maintenance tasks on equipment. Requirements: * Experience managing Windows Server environments, including administration, maintenance, and incident resolution. * Solid knowledge of network infrastructure, covering basic configuration, diagnostics, and communications equipment support. * Proficiency in microcomputer tasks—both hardware and software—with a focus on user support in critical environments. * Experience with Oracle databases and ability to perform SQL queries for analysis and verification. * Familiarity with Citrix platforms and virtualization environments used for daily operations. * Prior experience with MES systems—especially PharmaSuite—and service management tools such as ServiceNow is highly desirable. * Minimum English level B2; C1 preferred.
