Job Summary: We are seeking a Microcomputer Systems Technician to provide user support for BPO services, managing devices, Active Directory, and applications. Key Responsibilities: 1. BPO Service User Support 2. Management of Devices and Users in Windows Active Directory 3. Configuration and Management of Microsoft Office 365 **Description:** ---------------- We are Servinform! A service company with over 6,000 employees, providing support to more than 1,500 companies across call center, back-office, marketing, document management, networks and telecommunications, IT, and social media services. We are currently expanding our team and require a **Microcomputer Systems Technician**, responsible for user support related to Servinform’s BPO services. * **Responsibilities:** * Management of devices and users within Windows Active Directory * Configuration and management of Microsoft Office 365. * Installation and management of standard workplace applications: antivirus, remote control, inventory, web browsers, email clients, VPN. * Use of ticketing and monitoring tools * **We Offer:** * Temporary Contract (Maternity/Paternity Leave Replacement) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 * Salary: €20,000 gross/year (€1,666 gross/month) * Location: Suanzes metro station * Collective Agreement: Consulting Sector, Operator Category Apply now—we’ll be delighted to evaluate your profile! *\*\*No sector of our society can be understood without gender equality and the inclusion of people with disabilities.
