




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT technician to provide on-site and remote support, hardware and software maintenance, network administration, and infrastructure management, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support and IT infrastructure management 2. Hardware and software maintenance, and network administration 3. Documentation of user guides and incident resolution IT Technical Support Services include: * On-site and remote support for incident resolution. * Hardware and software installations at client workstations. * Maintenance and administration of the IT asset fleet. * Documentation of user guides. * Resolution of queries regarding basic software installed on end-user devices (operating system, office suites, email, etc.). * Analyze, identify, and anticipate common scientific teams' requirements to prevent service incidents. * Generation of follow-up reports. * Hardware maintenance and repair in accordance with established parameters. 9\. Equipment location and connection. * Relocation of shared equipment to perform required tasks. * Configuration of electronics and network services. * Assistance in incidents and communications support. * Management of network and IP telephony infrastructure. * Maintenance of the institutional website and intranet. * Management of email accounts and distribution lists.
