Job Summary: IT Systems Manager responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and continuous improvement of Médicos del Mundo's technological resources, aligned with the organization's digital strategy. IT Systems Manager Mission Ensure the availability of IT resources, guaranteeing the proper operation of computers, networks, platforms, and IT systems at Médicos del Mundo. Propose new tools and improve existing ones. Implement and enforce IT security policies. Contribute to the development of organizational projects requiring IT technology. Geographic Scope of Intervention International Organizational Chart Directly reports to the Director of the Shared Services Area (ASC). Responsibilities Define and evolve the technological architecture and core systems strategy, aligned with the organization's digital strategy and ensuring a sustainable and secure technological environment. Ensure system operation and continuity, including incident, problem, and change management, as well as backup, recovery, and business continuity policies. Ensure that application development and maintenance comply with the organization’s technical standards, guaranteeing correct integration, security, performance, and operation, and collaborate with the Innovation and Digital Transformation Unit on functional design and solution evolution. Coordinate the work of the Systems team and technology providers, defining objectives, KPIs, and service-level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring an effective model for monitoring and continuous improvement. Develop the Systems team’s talent, fostering autonomy, continuous improvement, and a strong, service-quality-oriented technical culture. Act as a cross-functional technical reference point for infrastructure, architecture, security, and operations, collaborating with the Innovation and Digital Transformation Unit to deliver technologically viable and sustainable solutions. Manage technology licenses and commercial relationships with Systems-related providers, ensuring contractual compliance, cost optimization, and sustainability of the technological ecosystem. Education **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. **Additional Training:** Postgraduate degree or master’s program in IT Management, Digital Transformation, or similar. Specialization in cybersecurity (regulations, risk management, operational security). Certifications in IT service management frameworks. Certifications or training in information security (ISO 27001, ENS, or other standards). Requirements **Languages:** English required at least at B1 level / French Experience Minimum 5\-7 years of experience in the IT field, including systems administration, infrastructure management, and/or application development. At least 2\-3 years of experience in technical leadership or managerial roles, coordinating technical teams or projects. Experience managing technology providers, contract monitoring, and SLA compliance. Experience managing incidents and operating critical systems, ensuring service continuity. Experience working in third-sector organizations and/or international projects or multicultural environments.
