What You Will Do in This Role **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Provide technical support to customers using Tebis. * Participate in CAD/CAM software implementations in industrial environments. * Analyze CAM programming and CNC machining processes to propose improvements. * Deliver technical training to users. * Prepare and conduct technical demonstrations jointly with the sales team. * Collaborate on CAD/CAM process optimization projects. * Help customers improve the efficiency, safety, and quality of their machining processes. * Participate in CAM process automation and standardization. * Coordinate with the Tebis Iberia technical team to resolve inquiries, prepare projects, and share knowledge. **Who Is This Position For?** This position may suit you if you come from one of the following backgrounds: * CAM programming. * CNC machining. * Engineering office. * 3- or 5-axis milling. * Molds, dies, or tooling. * Advanced industrial manufacturing. * CAD/CAM technical support. * Technical training in machining processes. Prior experience with Tebis is desirable. We especially value a solid foundation in CAM/CNC, practical knowledge of machining, and a strong motivation to evolve into a technical role focused on applications, training, support, and client-side process improvement. Requirements * Experience in CAM programming, CNC machining, engineering offices, or industrial manufacturing processes. * Practical knowledge of machining, especially milling. * Familiarity with CAD/CAM software. * Ability to analyze production processes and identify improvement opportunities. * Strong technical communication skills. * Customer orientation. * Capacity for learning and autonomy. * Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time. * Valid driver’s license. * Sufficient technical English for documentation, internal training, and technical communication. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience with Tebis. * Experience with other CAD/CAM systems. * Knowledge of 5-axis machining. * Experience with molds, dies, tooling, or complex parts. * Knowledge of machine simulation. * Experience in CAM automation or process improvement. * Prior experience as an applications technician, technical trainer, or CAD/CAM support specialist. * Knowledge of turning, wire EDM, laser cutting, or other industrial processes.
