Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Works Technician to lead and supervise construction execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards in engineering projects. We are currently seeking a **Civil Works Technician** to join our team based at our **Lleida/Tarragona** office. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Lead and supervise construction execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality. * Perform **schedule and budget monitoring**, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Manage **technical project control**, reviewing and validating construction processes. * Supervise fieldwork quality. * Coordinate site meetings and maintain follow-up with internal teams and external stakeholders. * Prepare technical management and project progress reports. * Ensure compliance with applicable on-site regulations (technical, environmental, and safety). * Verify compliance with **PRL** regulations, including work at height, confined space operations, and electrical hazards. * Report and track incidents related to quality, environment, and PRL. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (ICCP) * Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role. * Specific experience in **assembly and inspection of hydroelectric power generation facilities**. * Knowledge and application of regulations regarding occupational health and safety (PRL), environment, and quality. * Experience working with energy companies’ standards and requirements is desirable. * Proficiency in TCQ, PRESTO, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project. * Valid driver’s license. **Discover our benefits!** * Permanent employment contract. * Professional development and career planning. * Flexible working hours. * Intensive workday every Friday throughout the year, plus three intensive workdays during July and August. **We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to this outstanding team!** Department Civil Engineering Locations Lleida, Tarragona **About Iplan Gestión Integral** ------------------------------------ Founded in 2008
