Who are we looking for? Reale Blue Service (Reale Group) is seeking university-educated professionals with experience in application management, maintenance, and development to cover a maternity leave position. English proficiency at B2 level or higher will be valued; knowledge of Italian will also be considered. Possession of a Disability Certificate (equal to or greater than 33%) will be valued. What will you do? The selected candidate for the Application Operations Technician role will be responsible for gathering information, designing, maintaining, and administering the company's applications. These are some of the more specific responsibilities: Act as a facilitator in the execution and implementation of projects, as well as in planning alongside the IT teams involved in the project. Prepare and execute functional documentation for projects. Develop and execute test plans, and approve developments prior to deployment into production. Review incidents, plan their resolution, and define contingency plans. Supervise and monitor suppliers. Manage requirements related to information security and to project architecture or planning. Review and define developments for integration with new suppliers delivering services. Design and develop accounting and financial workflows.
