Essential Requirements: * Master’s degree in BIM (mandatory!). * Proven experience of at least 5 years in BIM management. * Degree in Architecture or Building Surveying. * Experience in the infrastructure sector. * Native or bilingual level of Spanish. Your superpowers will include: * Ensuring strict compliance with BIM standards, processes, timelines, quality, and contractual commitments. * Maintaining a 360-degree perspective to manage issues, clashes, and conflicts, guaranteeing seamless project progress. * Acting as the guardian of model quality, verifying that everything is ready for construction. * Collaborating closely with the BIM team to achieve project objectives. * Identifying and proposing improvements to BIM workflows.
