The selected candidate will provide personalized support to children, girls, and adolescents with disabilities during educational, sports, recreational, and leisure activities, thereby fostering their participation, autonomy, well-being, and enjoyment on equal terms. Main Responsibilities Accompany and support participants with disabilities throughout campus activities. Facilitate active participation in workshops, games, sports activities, outings, and excursions. Adapt activities and methodologies according to each participant’s support needs. Promote autonomy, inclusion, and positive peer relationships. Collaborate with the technical team in planning and implementing activities. Apply support guidelines and strategies established by coordination. Ensure the well-being, safety, and comprehensive care of participants. Maintain fluent communication with service coordination. Participate in team follow-up and coordination meetings. Required Profile Education Relevant qualifications will be valued, including: Social Integration. Care for Dependent Persons. Early Childhood Education. Primary Education. Social Education. Pedagogy. Psychology. Sociocultural and Tourism Animation. Sociosports Teaching and Animation (TSEAS). Other qualifications related to the social, educational, or leisure and free-time sectors. Experience Prior experience in educational leisure activities, summer schools, camps, or campuses will be valued. Experience supporting people with disabilities and/or specific support needs will be valued. Experience working with children and adolescents will be valued.
