At **Duin Esplugues**, we seek to hire a **Directed Activities Technician** to join our sports team under a permanent part-time contract. The offered salary is equivalent to full-time pay. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for **teaching directed activities classes**, leading group sessions, and delivering close, professional, and user-experience-oriented support. We seek an energetic individual with strong motivational skills and enthusiasm for contributing to the wellbeing of center visitors. Additionally, there is the **possibility of completing hours performing duties in the fitness area**, depending on availability, profile, and center needs. Main Responsibilities: * Teach directed activities classes according to the center’s schedule. * Prepare, lead, and adapt sessions to participants’ profiles and skill levels. * Accompany, motivate, and provide technical corrections to participants during sessions. * Ensure a positive, safe, and professional experience in every activity. * Monitor proper use of equipment and sports facilities. * Ensure compliance with usage regulations for sports rooms and zones. * Collaborate with the center’s technical and sports coordination team. * Attend to, advise, and resolve basic inquiries from members. * In case of completing hours in the fitness area: supervise the fitness area, guide users, assist with basic training routines, and promote appropriate equipment use. Requirements: * Registered in the **Official Register of Sports Professionals of Catalonia — ROPEC**, in the relevant profession. * Education related to the sports field: CAFyD, TEAS/TAFAD, vocational sports program, or equivalent. * Prior experience teaching directed activities in sports centers, gyms, or similar facilities. * Ability to lead groups, communicate clearly, and adapt sessions to varying skill levels. * Friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and customer orientation. * Flexible availability. * Experience or training in disciplines such as indoor cycling, toning, functional training, Pilates, yoga, Zumba, aquagym, GAP, Body Pump, HIIT, or other group-based activities will be valued. * Experience in the fitness area will be considered a plus.
