Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced sales representative for caravan sales, responsible for customer service, lead generation, follow-up, appointment scheduling, and in-person sales, combining telephone, computerized, and face-to-face activities. Computerized management and digital platforms At Autocaravanas Sierra Nevada, we seek to hire an experienced sales representative for caravan sales at our facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling telephone inquiries from interested customers, lead generation and follow-up, appointment scheduling, and in-person sales assistance. This position combines telephone sales, computerized management, and face-to-face customer interaction; therefore, a commercially oriented profile with strong computer and digital platform proficiency is essential. \- Handling incoming telephone calls from interested customers. \- Lead generation, follow-up, and customer retention. \- Scheduling appointments for facility visits. \- Face-to-face customer service and detailed presentation of caravans. \- Publishing and managing listings on online sales platforms. \- Creating listings, uploading, and updating them across various online sales platforms. \- Basic use of commercial computer tools. \- Supporting daily sales activities and closing deals. \- Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales representative. \- Strong computer and digital tool proficiency. \- Ability to work with online platforms and websites. \- Sales skills both over the phone and in person. \- Organized, responsible, and proactive individual, willing to accommodate flexible working hours. **Applicants without demonstrable computer skills or proven sales experience will not be considered.** **Working schedule: Monday to Saturday** Additional language skills (English, German, or French) are valued.
