We seek a commercial and relational profile with strategic vision, eager to lead the growth of an owner portfolio in a rapidly expanding sector. ***ABOUT THE POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Manage and retain a portfolio of owners of tourist accommodations, acting as the primary commercial contact. * Identify growth opportunities and acquire new owners in the Ferrol area and its sphere of influence. * Present and negotiate comprehensive accommodation management proposals, tailoring the offering to each client’s needs. * Monitor KPIs for managed properties’ performance and proactively share insights with owners. * Collaborate with internal operations and revenue management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and result optimization. * Prior experience with vacation rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo) or within the property management ecosystem is desirable. ***MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*** * Experience in sales, account management, or business development (mandatory). * Prior experience in the tourism, real estate, or B2C/B2B service sectors focused on end customers. * Experience in tourist accommodation management or vacation rental platforms is desirable. * Degree in Tourism, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Marketing, or related field. * Proactive profile with negotiation skills, customer orientation, and ability to work autonomously. ***WHAT WE OFFER*** * Join a company experiencing strong growth within the Galician tourism sector. * A role with tangible impact and visibility across the organization. * Job stability and a professional development plan. * A dynamic environment with a results-oriented and continuous improvement culture.
