The ideal candidate will possess strategic vision and proven leadership capabilities to manage supervision teams and ensure the success of large-scale projects. The **SUPERVISOR MANAGER** will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all labor-related aspects concerning their personnel, as well as contractual matters arising from the agreement established with the Client. Their role will be fundamental in ensuring proper execution of work, adherence to deadlines, and optimization of resources. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Personnel Management:** Direct, coordinate, and supervise assigned supervision teams. Select new members of the supervision team through personal interviews—especially in the absence of direct references—and submit hiring proposals to the Client’s representative. * **Team Coordination:** Distribute tasks and responsibilities among supervisors, assigning specific companies and/or construction site areas or works to each, ensuring efficient coverage and smooth communication. * **Contractual Management:** Supervise and manage contractual aspects related to the main contract with the Client, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions. * **Construction Supervision:** Ensure proper execution of construction works and activities by closely monitoring daily operations, identifying and resolving incidents, and guaranteeing compliance with quality and safety standards. * **Occupational Risk Prevention:** Ensure strict implementation and compliance with occupational risk prevention policies and procedures across all areas under their responsibility. Specific training in this field will be positively considered. * **Communication and Reporting:** Maintain constant and effective communication with the Client, work teams, and other departments involved in the project. Prepare periodic reports on construction status, progress, resource utilization, and any relevant incidents. * **Problem Resolution:** Act as the escalation point for resolving technical, operational, and managerial issues arising during project execution. * **Resource Optimization:** Actively seek opportunities to optimize resource usage, improve operational efficiency, and control project costs. **Job Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of **10 years of demonstrable experience** in Supervisor Manager, Field Superintendent, or similar positions of responsibility in **OIL\&GAS** projects. * **Education:** University-level technical degree (e.g., Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent). * **Knowledge:** Solid expertise in project management, construction supervision, and **OIL\&GAS** sector regulations. * **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different hierarchical levels and with various stakeholders. * **Results Orientation:** Strong focus on achieving objectives, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines. * **Languages:** Proficiency in English will be positively considered. * **Occupational Risk Prevention Training:** Certification as Occupational Risk Prevention Technician at Intermediate Level (300 hours) is required. **Why Join Eosol Group?** * Opportunity to lead key projects in the energy sector. * Join a solid and growing company with a dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Continuous professional and personal development. * Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and job responsibilities.
