We are looking for a Packaging Line Supervisor to join an industrial-sector company. This is an operational leadership position. We seek a hands-on individual capable of coordinating the team daily, actively participating in operational tasks, and resolving incidents arising during the production process. Responsibilities: Ensure proper operation of production lines throughout the shift. Perform format changes, machine adjustments, and preparations according to production requirements. Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and operational issues affecting line performance. Actively participate in line commissioning, cleaning, conditioning, and product changeover tasks. Directly intervene in operations necessary to guarantee continuity and efficiency of the production process. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Coordinate and supervise the packaging line operator team. Monitor production output and ensure achievement of established targets. Requirements: Vocational training in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. Previous experience in production or industrial packaging lines. Mechanical knowledge to perform adjustments, format changes, and incident resolution. Experience coordinating operational teams. Practical, solution-oriented profile focused on shop-floor work.
