Ensuring site safety, quality, and signage **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- TRAGSA **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Foreman/Forewoman \- Construction and Damage Repair Works (Valencia Province) in València/Valencia **Work Location** -------------------- * València/Valencia Address: Paterna, with travel required to various work sites. **Scope of Activity** ----------------------- * Construction and damage repair works throughout the province of Valencia. **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule tasks jointly with the site supervisor, assume responsibility for project progress, and immediately report any anomalies arising during execution. * Interpret blueprints, perform measurements, and carry out layout surveys. * Monitor equipment and workforce productivity, and complete and sign off on all required reports regarding personnel and machinery. * Train team members on assigned tasks. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, regulations concerning occupational safety, quality, and site signage; be responsible for informing newly hired personnel about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. * Verify proper material storage and cleaning procedures **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Applicants must substantiate fulfillment of these requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, under the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record (vida laboral) and/or employment contract verifying the required professional experience. * Academic internship annexes verifying required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (Bachiller), BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). (To properly verify this requirement, applicants must attach a copy of their qualification to the job application.) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driver’s license, category B (To properly verify this requirement, applicants must attach a copy to the job application.) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * Between 3 and 9 months of experience working for private or public sector companies involved in construction (building / maintenance of works). (Employment record and/or employment contract verifying professional experience must be attached.) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Between 6 months and 1 year of experience participating in works/infrastructure projects related to repairs, reconstructions, or works affected by natural disasters (e.g., fires, floods, earthquakes). (Employment record and/or employment contract verifying professional experience must be attached.) * Between 6 months and 1 year of experience working for public sector entities providing engineering consultancy, environmental services, or technical assistance.
