**Objective**

The Espai d'Inclusió i Formació Casc Antic (Eicascantic) is a non-profit association operating in the social and community sphere, where reception, mediation, training, and grassroots and civic participation activation are key elements to promote the sociolaboral inclusion of young and adult populations, without discrimination based on age, gender, origin or economic status.
We seek a person to join the technical team, assuming responsibilities inherent to the association’s management—with administrative support from the organization—as well as those derived from the participation project, responsible for activating the grassroots base and community activities. Work is carried out in a collaborative team environment with ongoing learning.
**POSITION TO BE FILLED: ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT AND GRASSROOTS ENGAGEMENT RESPONSIBLE**
**1\. RESPONSIBILITIES**
Within the scope of management:
* Monitoring and tracking all phases of public and private funding management processes (applications, justifications, requests, reformulations, etc.)
* Researching new sources of public and private funding.
* Preparing the organization’s budget and monitoring its treasury.
* Coordinating with the accounting firm to oversee bookkeeping and submission of tax documents.
* Supporting the preparation of various materials required for funding applications and drafting general organizational documents (reports, summaries, financial and narrative justifications)
* Executing internal processes essential to the association’s operation: insurance policies, certificates, agreements, loans, bank accounts.
* Systematizing information related to the functioning of the organization’s structure and facilities.
* Managing human resources policy in coordination with the accounting firm: hiring and contractual changes, preparing the organization’s work calendar, tracking staff vacations and days off, etc.
* Serving as liaison with institutions, public administration bodies, and media outlets, coordinated with project leads.
Within the scope of participation:
* Reviewing, reformulating, submitting, and justifying the “Building Participation” project across various public grant calls
* Participating in the Federation for Community Management of the Casc Antic and managing the neighborhood center Pou de la Figuera
* Organizing Eicascantic-led initiatives within community events (e.g., Festa Major).
* Organizing events involving the membership base—some conducted on a rotating basis with the rest of the team: volunteer trainings, informational sessions, assemblies, board meetings, technical team care sessions, cohesion spaces...
* Strengthening ties with public and private local stakeholders to develop community projects
**2\. CONDITIONS**
* Start date: Immediate (or as agreed)
* Working hours: 30 hours per week; schedule to be agreed upon (mornings and afternoons)
* Gross salary (including prorated extra payments): Group II under the Social Action Collective Agreement – €1,711 gross monthly (12 payments).

**Profile:**
**3\. REQUIREMENTS**
* Higher education degree in social sciences, business administration, political science or equivalent
* Experience and/or background in associative work or the third sector
* Minimum 2 years’ experience managing public grants
* Advanced proficiency in office software (especially Excel)
* High proficiency in Catalan and Spanish
* Knowledge of database or CRM management
Preferred qualifications:
* Professional experience managing organizations
* Experience in participatory processes, volunteering or people engagement
* Involvement in other associations and/or activism
* Specific training related to the tasks described
* Prior connection with Eicascantic
* Knowledge of care practices and feminist perspectives
* Familiarity with web tools: WordPress
* Experience in private fundraising
