We offer exciting opportunities for the Sales/Customer Service position at our car rental offices in Alicante, specifically at the Train Station. This offer is a temporary assignment covering a medical leave. The person in this role will efficiently deliver vehicle rental services (both at vehicle handover and return), adhering to company-approved policies and procedures. They will facilitate the rental process by verifying and documenting all required information from the customer. Additionally, they will perform their duties with attention to our customers’ needs and in accordance with our quality standards. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract covering medical leave * Fun, inclusive, and multicultural environment * Opportunity to continue within our internal career development program for professional growth ### **Responsibilities** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Renting, delivering, and collecting vehicles * Monitoring the fleet entering and leaving the branch * Managing and processing all forms * Opening and closing rental contracts * Resolving customer inquiries raised at the counter * Carefully screening customers * Inspecting vehicle condition, verifying documentation and accessories upon vehicle return ### **Qualifications** **What are we looking for in you?** * University degree or completed vocational training (FP), preferably combined with sales experience * B2 level of English proficiency is mandatory * Excellent interpersonal skills * Commercial and sales orientation * Outstanding customer service skills * Valid European driver’s license with at least one year of validity * Valid residence or work permit in the EU * Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts
