We welcome you to the selection process for the **DLA Piper Spain Master de Acceso 2027\-2028 Internship Program.**

In our Master de Acceso Internship Program, you will have the opportunity to acquire the legal skills and knowledge necessary to begin developing your professional career as a lawyer in today’s global and dynamic environment.
During your internship, you will support our legal teams providing legal advice to clients of all types at both international and national levels. You will have the opportunity to learn from professionals who are leaders in their practice groups within a truly global firm—giving you an exceptional breadth of legal knowledge as well as skills that will accompany you throughout your entire career.
Thanks to our mentoring program, you will have access to a support network that will help you find your place within our global network and guide you throughout your career. In addition, you may participate in pro\-bono work and training sessions, where you will develop leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
We offer you the opportunity to begin your internship **starting September 2027** across all our legal practice areas:

**What does the selection process involve?**
The process begins in July 2026, and applications will close on November 15, 2026\.
To apply, we recommend indicating your preferred practice area for the internship and submitting your CV (preferably in English) along with your updated academic transcript.
Our selection process includes the following steps:
* Resume screening.
* Group exercise.
* Online English test.
* Interview with the HR team.
* Technical test (Business Case).
* Interview with the Recruitment Committee of your preferred practice area.
**Who are we looking for?**
* Law graduates or dual-degree graduates in Law.
* Students enrolled in the Master’s Degree in Legal Practice or dual master’s programs with specialization.
* Outstanding academic record (above 7.0 for dual degrees; above 7.5 for single degrees).
* Advanced level of English (C1 or higher), spoken, written, and read.

**How to apply?**

To apply, you will be required to complete an application form which should include your preference regarding our practice groups (Please note that while we try to accommodate individuals’ preferences, there may be times when this is not possible).

Beyond this, we look for candidates who are naturally inquisitive, have plenty of drive, and can show a genuine commitment to pursuing a career at DLA Piper.
**Our recruitment process:**
Should your application be successful you will be invited to complete a few standard online tests that explore your language capabilities.
Following these tests, we may ask you to attend an assessment day and you should do a Technical Business Case alongside a Dynamic group. This day gives you the opportunity to visit our offices (circumstances allowing) and meet key members of our firm.
To select the best candidates, we will end the process doing interviews with our HR team and with members of the Recruitment Committees of the Group practices you are willing to join.
