We orient our processes toward meeting the highest technical and quality standards. **Position** **CNC Programmer** As a CNC Programmer, you will develop and implement programs for CNC machines, ensuring precision in machining processes. Your daily responsibilities will include interpreting technical drawings, programming CNC systems, adjusting machining parameters, and performing quality control on produced parts. This is a full-time position conducted on-site at our Salamanca headquarters. **Industrial Laborer** As an Industrial Laborer, you will support CNC programmers in manufacturing CNC-machined parts. You will learn basic machine operations, verify machine execution, interpret technical drawings, and perform other routine tasks common in a machining workshop. This is a full-time position conducted on-site at our Salamanca headquarters. **Requirements** · **Residence and work permit** in Spain. · Proficiency in **interpreting technical drawings**. · **Basic knowledge** of CNC programming and machining and milling operations. · Strong desire to **improve and learn** new skills over time. · Positive evaluation of **teamwork ability**, attention to detail, and a quality-oriented mindset. **(CNC Programmers only)** · **Higher vocational qualification in machining** or equivalent. Preferred fields: "Production Programming in Mechanical Manufacturing" or "Design in Mechanical Manufacturing". **Responsibilities** · **Inspect and measure** produced parts to ensure quality and compliance with company standards. · **Perform preventive and corrective maintenance** on machining machines and tools to ensure proper operation and extend service life. · **Collaborate with other departments** to coordinate production and efficiently meet delivery deadlines. **(CNC Programmers only)** · **Operate numerically controlled machining machines** to manufacture precise metal parts according to provided drawings and specifications. · **Program and modify parameters** in CNC controllers.
