JOB DESCRIPTION **Quality Technician** ======================== Grup Montaner is seeking a Quality Technician for a company located in Bonmatí. A leader in pastry product manufacturing and recognized as one of Europe’s largest pastry factories, the company is undergoing continuous expansion and growth, and we are looking to bring in talent to maintain excellence across our processes and products. We seek a rigorous and quality-committed professional to join our team on the night shift or during weekends. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the highest quality and food safety standards throughout all stages of the production process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure strict compliance with IFS (International Featured Standards) and other applicable regulations throughout the manufacturing process. * Conduct on-site quality controls, monitoring raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. * Monitor and ensure proper implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) by operational staff. * Identify, record, and analyze non-conformities, proposing and overseeing the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Participate in internal and external quality audits. * Manage documentation related to quality processes. * Collaborate in the continuous improvement of quality management systems. * Supervise the hygienic-sanitary conditions of facilities and equipment. * Perform basic physicochemical and microbiological analyses, as required. **What We Offer:** * **Job Stability:** Joining a stable project in an established company undergoing active expansion. * **Professional Development:** Opportunity to grow and advance your career within a leading company in the pastry sector. * **Economic Conditions:** * Initial gross annual salary of €26,500. * Night-shift allowance. * Salary review to €28,000 gross annually (plus night-shift allowance) after the first year of service. * **Work Environment:** You will become part of a professional and dynamic team. **Schedule:** Fixed night shift from Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00. or Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays, 06:00–18:00, with potential to increase to 40 hours per week during weekdays. **Are You the Candidate We Are Looking For?** If you meet the requirements, possess strong dedication to quality, adapt well to night work, and seek a challenging and future-oriented professional project in the food industry, we want to meet you! University degrees related to this field will be considered favorably. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the food industry, with particular emphasis on factory environments and on-site quality control. * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of food safety regulations, preferably IFS.
