What will your functions and responsibilities be? • Coordinate and lead the team of regional coordinators. • Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with quality standards. • Prepare technical reports detailing the implementation of specific services, as well as evaluations thereof, whenever required by the City Council. • Resolve conflicts and manage incidents arising during service delivery. • Conduct home visits deemed necessary in response to serious situations or incidents affecting service delivery. • Carry out regular evaluations and provide feedback to improve performance. • Manage billing and prepare reports. Organize and oversee social work activities at the Center through appropriate goal planning and rationalization of workload.
