




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook or Station Chef to support the operational management of the kitchen, organize menus, and supervise the team in a restaurant and convention environment. Ensuring quality standards and organization **Main Responsibilities:** \- Provide direct support to the Head Chef in the operational management of the kitchen. \- Actively participate in menu planning and daily restaurant and convention catering services. \- Supervise stations and coordinate the team. \- Monitor and ensure compliance with technical sheets and recipe costings. \- Maintain quality, cleanliness, and organizational standards in the kitchen. **Offered:** \- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. \- Permanent, indefinite contract. \- Two consecutive days off. \- Rotating schedule: Intensive shift, Split shift **Requirements:** \- Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level) in Hospitality and Tourism. \- Stable work experience as a Cook or Station Chef in à la carte restaurants and convention venues. \- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Cook or Station Chef. \- Residence in the province of Lleida; accommodation may be provided.
