Position Summary: Stantec is seeking an Environmental Intern with experience in database management to support environmental studies, proposals, and technical coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in developing guidelines and templates for environmental databases 2. Participation in environmental studies and area-related proposals 3. Technical coordination related to the role **Requisition Number:** 24375BR **Description:** Stantec is seeking to hire an ENVIRONMENTAL INTERN \- DATABASE for its offices in Peru, a professional with at least 1 year of general work experience. Some of the specific responsibilities include: * Support in developing guidelines / templates for database presentation for various environmental studies. * Support in developing databases for studies and proposals related to permits, mine closure, geochemistry, and hydrogeochemistry. * Support in systematizing and maintaining the database for projects and proposals within the ENV\&MC area. * Participation in developing various sections and subsections of environmental studies and area-related proposals. * Technical coordination and other duties related to the role. * Knowledge of database management software such as R, Python, and related tools. **Qualifications:** The position requirements are: * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field. * Proficiency in software: MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Power BI at an intermediate level. * Intermediate-level knowledge of Database Management / Programming software. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Availability to work at the San Isidro office.
