Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to manage automotive projects, ensuring technical feasibility, planning for quality, cost, and schedule, and coordinating internal teams and customers. Driving product and process improvements A multinational company in the automotive sector, specializing in the design and manufacturing of metal components for vehicles, is looking to hire a **Project Manager** to manage projects with Tier 1 and OEM customers. With over 30 years of experience and an international presence, we combine the stability of an established company with a culture of continuous growth and a technical-industrial focus. **Responsibilities** ------------------ * End-to-end management of automotive projects from quotation phase through to industrialization. * Ensuring technical feasibility of the product in accordance with internal and customer requirements. * Project planning to guarantee quality, cost, and schedule. * Coordination with internal teams and Tier 1 / OEM customers. * Monitoring and reporting to the Project Steering Committee. * Analysis of technical specifications and proposal of alternatives when necessary. * Technical definition of the product in the absence of assigned engineering resources. * Coordination of initial samples and customer validations. * Management of subcontractors, audits, and production capacity. * Change control, issue management, and participation in FMEA. * Driving product and process improvements to optimize cost and performance. **Requirements** ---------------- * Degree in **Engineering**. * Minimum of **5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the automotive industry**. * Experience working with **Tier 1 and/or OEM customers (automotive/metal sector)**. * English language proficiency at **B2 level or higher**. * Profile accustomed to industrial environments and technical management of complex projects. **Benefits** ------------ * Temporary contract for 6 months. * Salary: **€50,000 gross per year**. * Full-time schedule (09:00 – 17:00). * Hybrid work model (2 days remote work). * Opportunity to join a growing multinational company in the automotive sector.
