




Job Summary: We are seeking a First-Class Refrigeration Technician to supervise and control the proper operation of air conditioning and climate control installations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and control of installations 2. Conductive and corrective maintenance 3. Updating of technical documentation BeFind, a Personnel Selection Consulting firm, is currently searching for a **First-Class Refrigeration Technician** for a leading company in the technology and mobility sector located in **Southern Madrid**. Main duties include: * Supervising and controlling the proper operation of installations. * Performing adjustment and correction maneuvers, if necessary, on operational parameters of the installations. * Scheduling operating hours and setting operational targets for all air conditioning equipment. * Periodic on-site monitoring of signals and parameters through direct measurements of equipment. * Verifying reading and metering components (calibration). * Advising STM staff on anomalies in installation operation for timely correction. * Controlling, commissioning, and shutting down installations before the start and end of heating and cooling seasons. * Conducting preventive maintenance operations, including controlled shutdowns and startups of installations and equipment (before and after preventive and corrective maintenance interventions), as well as supervising and ensuring their correct operation. * Updating all technical documentation and preparing customized control sheets for each piece of equipment; maintaining Technical Specifications and Maintenance logbooks or sheets. * Conducting inspection routes to collect data and observe installation performance. What You Must Bring: * Qualification as an air conditioning, heating, and domestic hot water system maintainer/repairer – or equivalent (including RITE certification and fluorinated gas handling license) * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training (60 hours) * Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in air conditioning installations (boiler experience is a plus) * Vocational training at upper-secondary level (second cycle) * Availability to perform on-call duties * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally What the Company Offers: * Permanent contract with the end client * Full-time position (40 hours per week) * Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:00\-15:00 or 8:00\-16:00\) * Salary: €23\-27K gross annual (12 payments) * Additional benefits: company car with fuel card for occasional travel between different work sites.
