Position Summary: We are seeking a Climate Project Manager responsible for planning, supervision, monitoring, and coordination of thermal installation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and manages thermal installation projects from inception to completion. 2. Collaborates with clients and coordinates technical teams to ensure project success. 3. Ensures technical feasibility and adherence to deadlines in climate control projects. At **BeFind**, a Personnel Recruitment Consulting firm, we are searching for a **Climate Project Manager** for **climate control projects** at a leading company in the technology and mobility sector located in **Southern Madrid**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise climate control projects / thermal installations * Continuously monitor the project, ensuring established objectives, scope, and deadlines are met * Communicate with the client, keeping them informed of project status, milestones achieved, and any changes * Coordinate and provide technical support during construction, installation, and commissioning of the project * Conduct technical site visits to ensure project feasibility * Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors * Serve as the project’s technical liaison * Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and other project-related documents * Manage required resources, including technical personnel and external suppliers **What You Must Bring:** * Industrial Engineer with experience in climate control, thermal installations, etc. * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in air conditioning, heating, thermal installation projects, etc. * Experience and knowledge in air conditioning, heating, thermal installations, electricity, or similar technical fields will be valued. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally. * Problem-solving skills, teamwork, adaptability, time management. **What the Company Offers:** * Permanent contract with the end client. * Full-time position * Working hours: Monday to Thursday (8:00\-17:30\) and Friday (8:00\-14:00\). Flexible start time * Intensive working schedule in August (8:00\-15:00\) * Salary: €30\-36K gross per year * Additional benefits: company car with fuel card for occasional travel.
