We offer a stable and responsible work environment anchored in a tangible long-term project where operational excellence and the human factor are highly valued. **Job Position: Cutting and Rewinding Operator** **What Will You Do With Us?:** * Perform cutting and rewinding of materials according to work orders, meticulously adhering to specified dimensions and tolerances. * Conduct dimensional control, ensure correct identification of reels, and guarantee traceability for each batch. * Handle segregation of non-conforming products and promptly report any process incidents. * Carry out basic maintenance, adjustments, organization, and cleaning of the slitter\-rewinder area. * Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and food safety requirements. * **Incoming Inspection:** Assist in inspecting raw materials and auxiliary materials, ensuring their identification and traceability from the outset. * **Non-Conformance Management:** Serve as the formal communicator and direct responsible party for reporting process incidents and non-conformities. **What Are We Looking For in You?
