Responsibility, empathy, and teamwork We seek to hire a **Home Care Assistant** to cover weekends, public holidays, and other services, fully respecting statutory rest periods and current labor conditions. Responsibilities * Direct care for elderly and/or dependent individuals. * Assistance with personal hygiene, postural changes, and mobilization. * Support with feeding and hydration. * Accompaniment and supervision of users. * Reporting incidents to the professional team. * Collaboration with healthcare and multidisciplinary staff. * Coverage of complementary services and center reinforcements. Requirements * Socio-healthcare qualification, professional certification, or equivalent. * Prior experience in residential facilities, day centers, or home care is desirable. * Availability to work weekends and public holidays. * Responsibility, empathy, and ability to work effectively in a team. * **COVERAGE OF VARIOUS SHIFTS — MORNING AND AFTERNOON AVAILABILITY REQUIRED** Offer * Temporary contract * Guaranteed statutory rest periods.
