Job Summary: We are seeking an animation professional to design, plan, and lead a diverse program of leisure and entertainment activities for different age groups at a hotel, encouraging participation and creating a dynamic atmosphere. Creativity and enthusiasm in organizing events and activities. **Hotel Blaumar / Blaucel** in Blanes is looking to hire: **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and plan a varied program of leisure and entertainment activities for different age groups (children, adults, families). * Organize and lead sports, aquatic, game-based, show, workshop, and themed event activities. * Encourage active guest participation in scheduled activities, creating a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere. * Collaborate in the creation and execution of special events and parties. * Address guest inquiries and needs related to animation activities. * Maintain high energy and enthusiasm during activity delivery. * Manage materials required for activities, ensuring their good condition and availability. * Supervise participant safety during activities. * Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. * Identify opportunities to enhance the animation offering based on guest feedback and industry trends. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of proven experience in animation roles, preferably within the hospitality sector. * Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Creativity and ability to generate new entertainment ideas and concepts. * Skill in motivating and energizing groups of people. * Good physical fitness for conducting sports and recreational activities. * Flexible working hours, including availability to work weekends and holidays. * Proficiency in Spanish, French, and English. * Positive, proactive, and customer-service-oriented attitude. * Ability to effectively resolve problems. * Formal training in animation, leisure, and free time—or related fields—will be considered an advantage.
