Maintenance of order and general cleanliness We are looking for a responsible person to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the common areas of a residential community. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper cleanliness and hygiene condition of the facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Cleaning of entrances, staircases, landings, and elevators. * Sweeping and mopping of common areas. * Cleaning of windows and access doors. * Emptying of trash bins. * Maintenance of order and general cleanliness of the facilities. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in cleaning residential communities, buildings, or offices (preferred). * Ability to work autonomously. * Responsible, punctual, and organized individual. * Attention to detail and commitment to work quality. **Offered:** * Immediate incorporation.
