




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Services Technician to support packaging processes, ensuring their reliability and efficiency through process knowledge and daily operational and plant project support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for packaging processes and continuous improvement. 2. Root cause determination of deviations and change management. 3. This objective is achieved through the following tasks, in coordination with cross\-functional plant process teams: * Process Knowledge: The Technical Services Technician must understand the packaging processes for the products under their responsibility. This includes acquiring scientific process knowledge and general understanding of the equipment and systems involved, as well as recognizing their risks (current and potential) to prevent them and ensure safe execution. * Daily Operational Support: * Monitor processes to ensure they remain in control and capable, documenting findings in periodic assessments. * Determine root causes of deviations and complaints, and implement corrective actions. * Control and monitor process changes. * Continuously improve process reliability and effectiveness. * Maintain production and cleaning processes in a validated state. * Plant Project Support: * Document process impact associated with plant projects. * Design and implement changes to the electronic system used as the packaging process guide (electronic ticket). **Education Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related field) or Chemical Engineering **Language Requirements:** Fluent spoken and written English (C1\) **Personal Attributes:** * Curiosity, proactivity, and flexibility * Communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills * Documentation and data analysis skills **Schedule:** Flexible Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
