At Grup Boira, we are preparing to open a new establishment and are looking to hire Kitchen Assistants to be part of this new project from its inception. We seek committed, dynamic individuals eager to develop professionally within a demanding, collaborative, and quality-oriented work environment. Main Responsibilities: * Assisting in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and establishment standards. * Preparing combination plates, tapas, sandwiches, and other simple dishes. * Preparing ingredients and performing pre-service tasks. * Monitoring and correctly using products and ingredients to minimize waste. * Receiving, inspecting, and storing raw materials. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen. * Complying with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). * Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and high-quality service. What are we looking for? * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant. * Basic knowledge of food handling and food hygiene. * Experience or proficiency in grilling and frying. * Ability to work effectively in a team and in dynamic environments. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and commitment. * Training in Culinary Arts or Gastronomy (preferred).
