Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative I to manage administrative, operational, and documentary processes, ensuring smooth resource operation and staff communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative, operational, and documentary process management. 2. Daily incident coordination with supervisors and work centers. 3. Updating mandatory documentation. The Sanitary Cleaning Group is looking for an **Administrative I** to manage the company’s administrative, operational, and documentary processes, as well as ensure proper resource operation and staff communication. Responsibilities: * Management of staff schedules, shifts, and duties. * Daily incident coordination with supervisors and work centers. * Support in controlling delivery notes. * Telephone and email communication with other staff and suppliers. * Updating mandatory documentation. * Performing various administrative tasks arising from the area’s functions. * Compliance with and monitoring of established criteria, as well as regulations outlined in the Prevention Plan applicable to the area. * Any other responsibilities or duties assigned within the scope of their professional category, area, and corresponding management. Requirements: * Hold a Vocational Training Certificate (GM) or Higher Vocational Training Certificate (GS) in Administration. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar position. * High proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. * User-level computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.). * Commitment to the organization, people-oriented approach, teamwork, and strong communication skills. We Offer: * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00. * Salary according to the SISCAT 2026 Collective Agreement. Salary: €22,000.00–€23,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site position
