**Tasks and Responsibilities**: * Participates in S\&OP process in region, focusing on supply side * Participates in creation of accurate Supply Plan based on S\&OP process interfacing with GBUs, Sales, Local Subsidiaries * Participate in demand and capacity comparison focusing on supply side (e.g., delivering inputs for capacity leveling) * Analyze mid\-term supply planning (6\-12 months) through internal order management and through exchange with Procurement for external supply * Execute process with production planning team to ensure short\-term (2\-4 weeks) supply of required materials incl. interface with Procurement for external materials and escalate possible issues to Regional Demand \& Supply (S\&OP) Manager **Qualifications**: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable specialised training * 5\-7 years of professional experience / industry experience * Very good command of written and spoken English (position dependent)
