Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work under the supervision of the responsible officer, collaborating with the technical team and entities of a childhood platform. Tasks include public reception, answering phone calls, and correspondence management. The role also involves supplier relations, database maintenance, document archiving, support in preparing documentation, as well as tracking invoices, grants, and activity reports. Additionally, the candidate will assist in organizing travel, meetings, and the agenda of the Board of Directors and Technical Secretariat, along with general administrative procedures.
Basic education (ESO or Basic Vocational Training) is required, complemented by intermediate-level studies or at least two years of prior experience in similar positions. A negative certificate regarding sexual criminal records and work authorization in Spain are mandatory. Proficiency in computer applications—especially Microsoft 365—and experience in the third sector are valued.
A full-time temporary contract of forty hours per week is offered, falling within Professional Group III of the Social Action Collective Agreement. Working hours are flexible, with a fixed daily shift from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Remote work is possible three days per week, and every day during the summer period. The gross annual salary is €20.898,50.
