We seek a motivated individual eager to learn, ready to take on new challenges, capable of teamwork, and accustomed to handling high workloads within defined deadlines. The main responsibilities include: Managing administrative workflows for invoice review with suppliers. Communicating with suppliers to resolve issues. Digitizing documentation. Accounting for invoices. Preparing payments / bank transfers. ### **Requirements** Vocational Training (FP) in Administration or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in administrative / procurement / supplier departments. User-level SAP proficiency and intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.
