Over 900 people work with passion, innovation, and social commitment; now you can join us and grow alongside us! **Your Mission** You will be a key piece of the organization in meeting all procurement needs across various departments, providing support in document management, archiving, and data updating. **Your Responsibilities** * Document management, both physical and digital archiving. * Invoicing and tracking of invoices, delivery notes, and receipts. * Accounting and reviewing file uploads; managing payments and collections via banking systems. * Customer and supplier support: addressing the needs of both internal customers and suppliers, resolving queries, coordinating deliveries, and providing required documentation. * Monitoring procurement processes, ensuring receipt and distribution of goods. * Inventory reviews. **What We Offer** * Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00; Friday, 8:00–15:00.
