A business group with diverse lines of business in Badajoz (gas stations, administrative management, and other activities) is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The selected candidate will work in coordination with the administration department, assisting in document organization, communication management, administrative process control, and internal management tasks. This position is ideal for an organized, methodical individual with strong learning ability who wishes to develop experience in the administrative management of a company engaged in multiple activities. Strong communication skills. Responsibilities Main Functions: Managing emails, phone calls, and basic client communications. Handling and managing corporate WhatsApp. Entering invoices and documentation into the accounting system. Organizing and archiving administrative documentation. Assisting in preparing daily settlements and operational controls. Managing basic administrative incidents. Supporting preparation of staff rosters. Reporting labor incidents to external advisory services. General support to the administration department.
