Then this is your next job opportunity! **CONCEPT HOTEL GROUP** is currently seeking a **NIGHT RECEPTIONIST FOR CALA DE BOU.** ***What will your daily responsibilities be?*** * Perform qualified, proactive, and responsible guest assistance and information services, as well as various front desk duties during the night shift. * Inform the Front Office Manager about the progress of tasks completed during the shift and any incidents. * The night receptionist is the hotel’s representative on duty, entrusted with responsibilities assigned by the Front Office Manager and/or Hotel Director. * Handle guest complaints and claims, and resolve them accordingly. * Know and comply with established internal regulations; in all cases, act according to instructions received from superiors and professional expertise in the field. * Perform billing and collection duties. * Conduct cash drawer reconciliations. ***What do you need for this position?*** * Proficiency in Spanish and English. * Immediate availability. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a front desk assistant or receptionist. * Accommodation in Ibiza. * Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills. * Advanced knowledge of hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite. ***What can Concept Hotel Group offer you?*** * Fixed-term discontinuous contract. * Rotating schedule from 12 pm to 8 am; 2 rest days per week. * Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week. * You will join a dynamic, multicultural, results-driven team composed of top professionals in the hospitality industry, staying current with the latest trends in your area and across the sector. * Position located at CALA DE BOU. * Immediate start. * Pleasant working atmosphere. *If you believe you’re a good fit for this project, we’d be delighted to meet you!* Employment type: Full-time Salary: 2\.300,00€\-2\.450,00€ per month Benefits: * Company events * Uniform provided Application questions: * Do you have accommodation in Ibiza?
