The selected candidate will be responsible for managing administrative processes related to products, suppliers, and operational assortment control. **Responsibilities**: * Loading and updating products, prices, and suppliers in the system * Monitoring orders, deliveries, incidents, and documentation * Supporting assortment selection, promotions, and sales analysis * Coordinating with suppliers and other internal departments * Preparing Excel reports (costs, margins, stockouts) **Requirements**: * Education in Administration, Logistics, Commerce, or related field * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas, filters) * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles within purchasing, sales, or logistics * Knowledge of food sector brands and products (desirable) * Proactive individual with problem-solving attitude and high integrity **Offer**: * Immediate onboarding at a growing company * Positive work environment and job stability * Salary according to collective agreement and experience If you meet the profile and wish to join an expanding company, please send your CV to recursoshumanos@kiwimarke.com.
