The selected candidate will provide support in administrative, accounting, and document management tasks, working directly with clients and the office team. Main Responsibilities * Management and archiving of administrative documentation. * Telephone support and client service assistance. * Data entry and verification. * Support in accounting and administrative tasks. * Preparation and monitoring of Excel spreadsheets. * Management of email and digital documentation. * Assistance with procedures typical of administrative consultancy. Requirements * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in a similar role. * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel**. * Knowledge of accounting principles. * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in administrative consultancy or advisory services. * Familiarity with management and accounting software. * Residence near Tres Cantos.
