Hotel Cleanliness Experts are skilled in various room stewarding tasks and are responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. Team members are empowered to move throughout their designated areas and perform necessary tasks independently. Hotel Cleanliness Experts handle guest request deliveries, cart organization, cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, or other similar duties—ensuring that all spaces within the hotel contribute to delivering an outstanding guest experience. Regardless of your specific role, several factors are essential to your success: maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, preserving confidentiality, meeting quality standards, and upholding professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication. Hotel Cleanliness Experts remain active—standing, walking, sitting, or standing for extended periods—and physically lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 23 kg without assistance. Performing all these activities (and others as reasonably requested) is critical to success in this role.
