Hotel Cleanliness Experts are skilled in various room stewarding duties and are responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. Team members are empowered to move freely throughout their assigned areas and perform required tasks independently. Hotel Cleanliness Experts handle guest request deliveries, cart organization, cleaning of guest rooms and public spaces, or other similar duties—ensuring that every area within the hotel contributes to delivering an outstanding guest experience. Regardless of your specific role, several factors are essential to success: maintaining a safe working environment, complying with company policies and procedures, safeguarding confidentiality, adhering to quality standards, and upholding professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication. Hotel Cleanliness Experts remain active—standing, walking, sitting, or standing for extended periods—and physically handle items weighing up to 23 kg without assistance—lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing them as needed.
