Salary According to collective agreement Contract Type Temporary \- future project Contract Duration Temporary Job Responsibilities: Manage auxiliary material stock, ensuring proper control and timely updates. Review auxiliary material requirements in coordination with relevant departments. Place purchase orders for auxiliary materials and monitor their execution. Supplier management and support. Support and assistance to Production, Procurement, and Commercial departments. Monitor and resolve supply-related incidents. Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes within the department. Publication Date 04/03/2026 Requirements Qualification Training in CGFM and/or CFGS in Administration Preferred qualifications and skills: Previous experience in administrative tasks. Intermediate knowledge of Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills. Negotiation and communication skills. Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
