Responsibilities will include managing and archiving all types of documentation, as well as entering and controlling data in computer systems. Additionally, support in basic accounting tasks is required, such as handling invoices, delivery notes, and records, as well as familiarity with document management platforms. Smooth coordination with various departments is essential. The candidate must hold a Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification in Administrative Management. Proficiency in computer use—especially Excel—and basic accounting knowledge are essential. Experience with document management platforms is considered an advantage. Organizational skills and attention to detail will be highly valued. This position offers an indefinite-term full-time employment contract.
