Would you like to join a professional passenger transport team? **SARBUS**, a passenger transport company part of the Moventia Group, requires an immediate hire for its Sabadell facilities: **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Temporary position until year-end)** Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for properly carrying out and executing assigned administrative functions, supporting other departments across the company. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Scanning and reporting incidents to other organizational units. * Reception, telephone handling, and mail management. * Document management in coordination with the Accounting Department. * Managing internal staff documentation. * Tracking working hours and scheduling shift reconciliations. * Preparing monthly Excel reports. **What would we like you to bring?** * Prior experience in similar administrative roles is highly valued, along with extensive experience using Excel. * Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
