




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for the Logistics Operations department, responsible for document preparation, stock management, incident handling, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage documentation and inventory within the logistics domain. 2. Resolve incidents and provide customer service. 3. Conduct inventories and archive documentation. We need an administrative assistant to perform tasks in the Logistics Operations department: * Preparation of documentation for goods inbound and outbound. * Stock management. * Inventories. * Incident management and resolution. * Documentation archiving. * Documentation verification. * Customer service.
