Description

As a LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT, you will be responsible for administratively managing order preparation and shipment, ensuring service efficiency and customer service quality. This position is based in VILANOVA I LA GELTRÚ, SPAIN. A typical day for a LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT may look like this: * Warehouse operations management * Managing order preparation and shipment * Confirming shipments * Managing incoming materials into the warehouse * Reconciling physical and accounting inventory records for stock materials, performing necessary adjustments * Managing invoicing and other administrative procedures related to warehouse activities * Documenting shipments (invoices, delivery notes, official documents) * Controlling and sending export/import documentation * Internal customer support * Archiving documentation What are we looking for? * Vocational training at FPII / CFGS level or equivalent experience * Computer skills appropriate for the role (ERP, office software) * Knowledge of plant materials and products * Understanding of production manufacturing processes * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. * Italian language knowledge is desirable for regular communication with headquarters. * An organized individual with planning, management, and control capabilities, as well as teamwork skills and strong customer orientation.
